Mark Griffin, Managing Director, heads up the business.  Mark brings a wealth of experience to the team, having worked in senior roles across the insurance industry, construction and legal sectors for over 30 years.

Mark began his career at Aviva where he spent 13 years in general insurance, claims management, underwriting and broker management.  Before leaving the organisation, Mark was part of the leadership team that delivered the underwriting and systems integration following the merger of CGU and Norwich Union to form Aviva.

He then moved to NHBC, where he was responsible for developing and delivering several new business areas that helped the construction industry meet the challenges of changing regulation and legislation.

Mark was heavily involved with NHBC’s data and analytics area, which provided valuable insight into claims and helped deliver improvements in risk management, pricing, policy cover and inspections.

After 11 years with NHBC, Mark moved to the Law Society where he developed and launched a new advisory business, helping its 130,000 practising solicitor members address challenges and opportunities concerning risk, regulatory compliance and business development.

Mark holds a Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
