Vistry Partnerships has announced that it has secured new housebuilding contracts with Homes England as well as eight Housing Associations.   

Homes England currently has sites across the UK including Chesterfield, Birmingham, Dudley, Bridgewater, Portsmouth and Shafton in Yorkshire where Vistry will deliver 570 new homes of which 400 will be designated for affordable housing.  This project is expected to reach £105m GDV. 

The firm has also agreed to work with eight housing associations which will see an output of 810 homes for the likes of Jigsaw, Yorkshire Housing and Radian.  These projects will be delivered by Vistry Partnership subsidiaries Vistry Partnerships Yorkshire and Drew Smith in deals worth £108m. 

The company is currently evaluation which of its sites would be in line to be developed in line with government guidance for social distancing amidst the Coronavirus outbreak.
